Licensed Coordinator for Children's Family Treatment Support Services

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Complete all screening, interviewing and paperwork regarding hiring program staff.
  • Conduct training of all CFTSS staff and ensure compliance with all training mandates.
  • Conduct ongoing recruiting of CFTSS staff.
  • Conduct group supervision/training of CFTSS staff.
  • Track and monitor all data/information required by state.
  • Review paperwork for accuracy, policy adherence, and to identify and assess areas of concern in the case.
  • Ensure all documentation for billable services is complete and accurate and work with the billing department and services staff to address any deficiencies or issues needing resolution.
  • Responsible for referral, assignment and tracking of all CFTSS cases as well as coordination with internal and external entities as needed.
  • Attend state webinars and meetings as indicated as well as act as a liaison with the state.
  • Assist Director in completing state reports and audits.
  • Carry a small caseload as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements include:

  • Required: LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC  Preferred: LCSW
  • Two or more years experience working in the human services field.  Experience working in EHRs. Preferred: Experience supervising staff and overseeing billable services.
  • Valid New York State driver's license and the ability to regularly travel from one worksiteto another.

Schedule:

  • F/T 35 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule. 
  • Hybrid position.
  • Some evenings and weekends required.
