FCA is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Part-Time Residential Counselor.   Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adolescents?  If you are looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact, we invite you to apply for our Residential Counselor position within our Residential Program.

The Part-Time Residential Counselor will work for our Lakeview residence with teens with emotional impairments. 

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents with their daily activities.
• Manage tasks related to the daily operations of the house.
• Maintain program paperwork (petty cash, sign outs, timesheets, receipts, logs, etc.)
• Provide crisis intervention
• Oversee medication maintenance
• Transport residents as needed.

Qualifications 

• HS Diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with adolescents
• Valid NYS driver's license with a safe and responsible driving history.

Additional Information

Schedule:

• Weekends, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm
• Salary:$19.23/Hour
