The Opportunity

Do you want a career where you can make a difference in the lives of people within the community by helping them access services?  The Driver will be responsible for transporting individuals to Family & Children's Association Certified Community Behavioral Health Center for treatment services. The Driver assists with coordinating transportation for clients to attend appointments and using a company van to transport individuals to the centers after being discharged from the hospital. The position includes helping oversee and support the agency food pantries.

Responsibilities

• Properly and safely transports individuals to FCA site locations for services.
• Demonstrates competence in transporting all specific age groups.
• Ensures the safe, timely and accurate transport of clients to their destination by assisting them with scheduling transportation services
• Communicate effectively with treatment team, other service providers, and clients.
• Enters notes and data into agency required charts and dashboards.
• Assists with maintaining and overseeing agency food pantries.
• Complies with regulatory agency standards, including federal and state regulations.
• Adheres to facility confidentiality and patient's rights policy as outlined in the facilities HIPPA policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/ GED
• Valid NYS driver's license with a safe and responsible driving history
• Ability to drive agency vans

Compensation Information

• The competitive compensation range is reflected with FCA's framework, culture, and values. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience' while still allowing for growth.

Additional Information

• Salary: $23-24/Hour
• Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed
• This role is full-time (35 hours/week), nonexempt
