Primary Responsibilities include:
The Clinical Supervisor oversees clinicians and student interns within the outpatient clinic setting, ensuring they are properly trained and following all state regulations and program policies and procedures. Expected to maintain a caseload and productivity targets by conducting assessments and individual, group and family treatment services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses. Responsible for the review and approval of time sheets, management of staff leave requests, absences, and contingency plans; conducting supervision and monitoring client outcomes; ensuring that staff attend all required trainings and meetings; and completing initial and annual performance appraisals. Completes quarterly chart reviews to assess quality and ensure implementation of clinical standards. Monitors and tracks staff productivity and implements specific services to meet program and community needs.
Qualifications and Requirements include:
· Three years full-time experience working within an OMH setting, preferred
· Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience preferred
Schedule:
· F/T 35 hours per week
· Some evenings required
