The Opportunity
The Coordinator provides leadership, supervision, and support to staff within the Health Home Care Management, Non-Medicaid Case Management, and Y-Fi programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that service delivery, documentation, and billing processes comply with all regulatory requirements while maintaining program capacity and maximizing reimbursement opportunities. The Coordinator fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on quality outcomes for children, youth, and families.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
3–5 years of direct service experience working with children and youth in the mental health system preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Advanced computer skills with MS Office Suite
Valid and clean New York State Driver's License.
