Human Resources Intern (Unpaid)

Primary Responsibilities include:

The intern will assist HR staff with the completion of tasks related to all of these HR functions, with a main focus on training and professional development. Specific duties may include: data entry in the HRIS and learning management systems; maintain training records and audit preparation for internal staff; research and creation of workforce training; facilitation of new staff orientation workshops; coordination of community professional development workshops; and other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications and Requirements include:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate student seeking Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, OR Other Related Degree

·  14 Hours Weekly, Days Flexible

·  On-site work
