Primary Responsibilities include:
· Develop and facilitate Independent Living Skills Workshops.
· Provide contacts and supports for foster families to facilitate implementation of independent living skills in the home.
· Coordinate service efforts with DSS caseworker.
Qualifications and Requirements include:
· MSW or Masters in a required field
· 1-year experience working with adolescents.
· Valid NYS driver's license with a safe and responsible driving history.
· Basic computer skills.
Schedule:
· Full-Time 35 hours per week.
· Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 9am to 5pm, Wednesday 12pm to 8pm
