Primary Responsibilities include:

The Access Specialist provides preliminary screening activities and risk assessment to all new recipients requesting or being referred for behavioral health services. They collect recipient demographic information and complete basic data referral form, inputting all registration information into Electronic Health Record. The Access Specialist schedules individuals for initial evaluation for CCBHC services and/or initiates crisis response based on identified acuity of needs.

Qualifications and Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, BA preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience working with individuals with SUD disorders and/or SMI

·  Bilingual Spanish preferred

Schedule:

·  F/T 35 hours per week
