Primary
Responsibilities include:
- Clinician conducts assessments, individual, family and group
sessions and any other prescribed treatment service.
- Expected to maintain
productivity and caseload targets. Collaborates with external service providers
to ensure coordination of care. Completes documentation in a timely manner.
- Functions
as an integral member of the inter-disciplinary treatment team and participate
in case conferences, team meetings, and trainings as scheduled.
Qualifications
and Requirements include:
- Minimum H.S diploma or
GED required; Master's degree in related major preferred
- QHP credential
required: LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, and/or CASAC; will consider candidates
eligible for limited permit or CASAC-T
- Minimum of 1 year
experience providing individual and group counseling to substance use or
mental health population either working with a substance use or mental
health population (may include internship)
- Bilingual
Spanish Preferred
Schedule:
- F/T 35 hours per week
- Some
evenings required
