Systems Manager

Location: HYBRID | Schedule: Full-time 35/hours | Status: Exempt |Salary: $75,000 - $105,000

FCA is seeking a tech-savvy and service-oriented Systems Manager to lead the day-to-day administration and optimization of our core software systems, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Microsoft Office, and other platforms that support our operations. This hybrid role is vital to ensuring smooth system functionality and excellent user support across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user access and serve as Security Manager for internal/external systems
  • Coordinate with software vendors and IT consultants to resolve system issues
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials
  • Test and manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) upgrades and workflows
  • Track and resolve help requests and system incidents organization-wide
  • Monitor permissions and support compliance with data security standards
  • Lead inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment
  • Research, recommend, and support new technology tools
  • Troubleshoot system issues and gather user feedback to improve workflows
  • Stay up to date on industry's best practices and emerging technologies

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, IT operations, or a related field
  • Experience with SQL, database management, and system reporting
  • Project management experience and comfort leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general business software
  • Proven experience in system implementation, upgrades, and user training
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, data security standards, and compliance protocols
  • Experience working with nonprofits or healthcare organizations
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of users and skill levels.
