The Opportunity
FCA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Administrator to lead the implementation of an integrated care model addressing behavioral health needs. This critical role combines strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and continuous quality improvement to advance FCA's mission.
The ideal candidate will bring collaboration, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for FCA and the community we serve.
Responsibilities
- Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the designated timeframe and regulatory standards.
- Communicates project initiatives and tasks to leadership, project team, and agency staff clearly and regularly.
- Develops and oversees a Continuous Quality Improvement Committee to set performance goals, track progress, and drive measurable results.
- Leads the planning and coordination of project activities, ensuring timely achievement of goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Remains informed of changing applicable regulations which may affect project scope, time, and resources.
- Facilitates coordination of all elements which support project work.
- Builds and maintains strategic partnerships to advance integrated care initiatives.
- Engages agency staff in education and training to support the project development, implementation, growth, and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience required; Master's degree with at least three years of experience preferred.
- Health and Human Services experience required, preferably in the areas of project management, change management, health care delivery re-design, or integration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer/technology proficient.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
Compensation Information
· Compensation reflects FCA's values and includes opportunities for growth and professional development.
Additional Information
· Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
· Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed
· This role is full-time (35 hours/week), Exempt
