Primary
Responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical services,
primarily in the home and community, including assessment, individual, family
and/or group therapy to children and their families.
- Provide crisis services
in-person or via phone to caseload, when available.
- Complete progress notes for
each session and telephone calls.
- Complete safety and treatment
plans.
- Complete treatment plans in
accordance with State and Managed Care Organization Guidelines.
- Submit work by deadlines
and in compliance with funding regulations and the agency's Compliance
Plan.

Deliver and document services using a strength-based
and family-driven approach.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external treatment
providers and participate in meetings as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements include:
·
Master's in Social Work, Mental Health
Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychoanalysis.
·
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychoanalyst,
LMSW under the supervision of an LCSW.
·
Valid NYS driver's license with a safe and
responsible driving history.
·
Intermediate computer skills.
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week.
- Salary: $55,000-60,000
