Coordinator

The Pact Youth Program (Parents and Children Together) is seeking a Coordinator to provide case management services and crisis intervention to pregnant and parenting teen parents. The Coordinator facilitates family life education groups and Prevention workshops.   


Responsibilities


  • Provide outreach and casework services, including informal counseling, advocacy, referral and information.
  • Provide crisis intervention and linkage to appropriate services.
  • Develop, implement and monitor case management goals.
  • Conduct family life education groups
    Conduct Parenting workshops in English and Spanish (Active Parenting Curriculum and certification required
  • Organize recreational/ socialization activities
  • Conduct home and field visits
  • Complete all required reports, correspondence and other paperwork in accordance with Agency and regulatory requirement 
  • Supervise PACT Case Manager, Interns and Volunteers
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure the effective operation of the program.

Qualifications

  • College Degree in Human Services related field required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Two years full-time experience working with adolescents and groups.
  • At least one year supervisory experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual English-Spanish required; must be able to read, write and speak in both languages.
  • Proficient computer skills with MS Office required
  • Valid and clean driver's license required. 

Additional Information

Salary:$31.87/Hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri, evenings and weekends as needed.  This is a non-exempt position
