CFTSS Coordinator

The Opportunity

The Program Coordinator provides support, guidance and supervision to CFTSS Staff.  The Coordinator manages the CFTSS program including recruitment, hiring and training which involves program presentation and promotion.  The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that program capacity is maintained, and service staffing is meeting capacity needs.


Responsibilities

  • Complete all screening, interviewing and paperwork regarding hiring program staff.
  • Conduct training of all CFTSS staff and ensure compliance with all training mandates.
  • Conduct ongoing recruiting of CFTSS staff.
  • Conduct group supervision/training of CFTSS staff.
  • Track and monitor all data/information required by state.
  • Review paperwork for accuracy, policy adherence, and to identify and assess areas of concern in the case.
  • Ensure all documentation for billable services is complete and accurate and work with the billing department and services staff to address any deficiencies or issues needing resolution.
  • Responsible for referral, assignment and tracking of all CFTSS cases as well as coordination with internal and external entities as needed.
  • Attend state webinars and meetings as indicated as well as act as a liaison with the state.
  • Assist Director in completing state reports and audits.
  • Carry a small caseload as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to support the operations of the program

Qualifications

  • LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC is required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experiences working in the field of Human Services.

  • Supervisory experience is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to assess situations and utilize good judgment in problem-solving solutions

  • Proficient computer skills with MS Office
  • Valid and clean driver's license

Additional Information

Salary:$64,350-66,500/Annually
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week, this is an exempt position
