Primary Responsibilities include:
in-person off-site clinical services, including individual, family, and/or
group therapy to children and their families.
crisis services in-person or via phone to caseload, when available.
progress notes for each session and telephone calls.
treatment plans and recommendations in accordance with State and Managed
Care Organization Guidelines.
with child's Care Managers or other providers, when needed.
work by deadlines and in compliance with funding regulations and the
agency's Compliance Plan.
and document services using a strength-based and family-driven approach.
other responsibilities assigned to support the operations of the program.
Qualifications and Requirements include:
LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychoanalyst
NYS driver's license with a safe and responsible driving history.
time, 35 hours per week.
varies based upon family's availability. M-F afternoon and evening hours,
dental, life, supplemental life, STD/LTD insurance, and employer
contributed pension (403b thrift plan)
