Clinical Supervisor - Temporary!

Temporary opening 3-6 months

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and supervise clinicians and student interns, ensuring they are properly trained and monitored for program compliance.
  • Develop, implement and monitor client treatment plans.
  • Conduct individual, group and family treatment services to primary clients and their significant others. Maintain caseload and productivity targets.
  • Conduct initial client assessments and collaborate with clinical staff on treatment recommendation.
  • Collaborate with ancillary service providers to ensure coordination of care and required reporting.
  • Assume administrative tasks and oversight for aspects of program operations as assigned by program director.
  • Complete weekly chart reviews to assess quality and ensure implementation of clinical standards.
  • Attend weekly case conference and staff meetings with the multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications and Requirements include:

  • LCSW required
  • Three years' full-time experience working with clients diagnosed with a substance use disorder either in an OASAS 822 outpatient program or relevant setting.
  • Experience working with mental health population or with co-occurring disorders.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills to regularly enter case notes; enter information into various databases; and manage other aspects of required documentation.

Schedule:

  • Temporary opening for 3-6 months
  • Full-time 35 hours per week. Monday through Friday.
